Thanks to editor and online friend John L. Roberson My poem "The Cup" appeared in this online anthology created 8 years ago to benefit writer/artist William Messner-Loebs and his wife.  Download the anthology in its entirety for free by clicking  here.  It may take time to download, but it's worth it.

Oddities

Salon.com held their first limerick contest in August 2010, and I was one of its first winners.  You can see it and others here.

I started a column of sorts over at We Got Issues, the comics blog I contribute to, called "Comic Book Haiku."  This link takes you the list.  If you're interested, click on each one for the accompanying graphic (and possibly links).  If you are not into comics, these will likely baffle and annoy you.  If you are, these just might be up your alley.

I'm putting a link to my "retired poems" because I just might be adding more to the list before the end of this year.

Poet, musician, and wordplaysmith Michael F. Gill puts out many PDF chapbooks.  One of them, Interrupting The Conversation of Sleepwalking Clocks, includes a poetry sequence entitled "Fire In Portrait Self," fifteen responses to my Self-Portait in Fire chapbook.  You can read and download the entire chapbook  here.  The chapbook, if you want to delve into the source of Michael's inspiration, you can purchase my chap here.
