Dead Girl Erased
"Erasure poetry, also known as blackout poetry, is a found poetry created by erasing words from the source poem or prose and making an entirely new poem."
"This anthology of erasure poetry is a collection based on a social media response to a call to erase Dead Girl Running by best-selling author Christina Dodd. Pages were mailed around the world for poets, writers, and artists to create their own response to the words on the page they were provided."
Proud to have my work included in this anthology. This is a erasure/blackout poet aficionado's dream.

Dissent: an anthology to end war and capitalism
Proud to have my poetry included among many other great works in this anthology from Mark Lipman and Vagabond Books.
Author and activist Jay Ponti says of this book: "In a world scarred by capitalism’s destructive reign, this anthology stands as a testament to the enduring strength of human creativity and the unwavering resistance to surrender. Through its verses, we are reminded that while ruling elites may wield fleeting dominion, the collective voice of dissent resonates with unwavering clarity, guiding us toward a future anchored in peace, justice, and equity."

Reimagine America
From the Vagabond Books website "America is at a crossroads. The people have spoken and have rejected overt fascism, yet there is no going back to normal, to a world of failed policies that has pushed us to the very brink, one that continues to struggle through a global pandemic, with widespread poverty and an ever looming climate emergency. There is no time to wait to reshape our future and reimagine what America and this world around us can be."
Much gratitude to Editor and Publisher Mark Lipman. So to be part of this beautiful collection, which features an array of amazing talent, including Mark Rotherberg, Megha Sood, David Dephy, the late Blaine Hebbel, and United States Poet Laureate Joy Harjo.

Just a few years back I was buying and reviewing this anthology of comics and literature by John Linton Roberson (who published me years before in Working for The Man). Now I am proud to be included in eighth issue of this collection, which includes two of my "Jesus Poems" illustrated by Gianna Ratto. Other work comes from writers Charles Alverson and Chris Dewildt and artist Emily Kaplan. All this with a cover by Molly Kiely.

I'm also pleased with the work from other journals that got included with our support. My thanks to Thomas Dodson of Black Key Press for making this happen a second time.

Multiverse: An anthology of Superhero Poetry of Superhuman Proportions
"Superhero poetry anthology by editor of the popular Aim For The Head, the Zombie poetry book. MultiVerse does for superheroes what Aim For The Head did for zombies: It tackles what could be dismissed as a genre novelty and through the words of page and stage poets, finds the heart, pathos, and humor involved in the otherworld of those with superhuman abilities, an examination of the many facets of what it means to be a hero."
I am very pleased to have my poem "Ditko's Day" published in this anthology co-edited by Rob Sturma and Ryk McIntyre. It's not for sale yet, but when the time comes, you can buy it here.

Mo' Joe : The Joe The Poet Anthology
I'm very lucky and thrilled to be part of this collection published by Beatlik Press and edited by John Roche, who gave over a hundred contributors the chance to feature their own versions of a "Joe Poem." A "Joe Poem" is a form Roche invented for his book The Joe Poems: The Continuing Saga of Joe the Poet. Ten lines, no more than a hundred words, and the legendary Joe should ideally make an ppearance somewhere in there. John put Joe in different places, eras and even different bodies for his first collection from FootHills Publishing. I dipped into recent history and local color to contribute "Joe the Poet and Billy Barnum" as well as "Joe the Poet at Occupy Wall Street" to the anthology. I'm so glad to appear alongside so many talents, including friends like Susan Deer Cloud and Doug Holder.

Uncommon Core: Contemporary Poems for Learning and Living
"A year ago students from Red Beard Press’ editorial board at the Neutral Zone decided they weren't seeing enough contemporary poetry in their high school classrooms so they decided to do something about it. They embarked on a journey to create what they wanted to see – the ultimate collection of contemporary poems for classroom use."
My poem "He Wants to Be The Lion of Lonely-Hearts" appears in this new tome, which means I appear in a book alongside such dignitaries as Marge Piercy and Patricia Smith(!!!) among others. Educators take note: There's an Uncommon Core teaching guide as well!

The Triumph of Poverty: Poetry Inspired by the Work of Nicole Eisenman
This anthology from Off The Park Press collects poems all centered around the theme of the evocative painting on the cover. I'm one of the twenty-odd contributors with my poem "Health Care," which I wrote specifically for the book back in 2010 but thankfully isn't dated.

The Eden Waters Press Journey Anthology
Anne Brudevold's well known Eden Waters Press returns with this new themed anthology of poetry, prose and photography. Appearing here is my haiku sequence, "My Father's Seasons." The quality of the other writers in this book (Carolyn Gregory and the late Mike Amado) makes this a safe recommendation.

The hay(na)ku is a poetic form/haiku offshoot created by Eileen Tabios. I thank her for introducing me an many other blogging poets to the form and editors Jean Vengua and Mark Young for including me in this anthology, published three years after the first (giving me time to work on my craft after being rejected for Volume I). The Boston Poet Journal: Bad Ass
The second in the new series of print anthologies from Boston Poet and its editor, Diana Sáenz. I'm published beside friends such as Paul Hapenny and Deb Priestly, and it's a good selection of my work with three poems: "Another Work Poem,” On Your New Living Space,” and “Roommate." The last one is from my Self-Portrait In Fire chapbook, and "On Your New Living Space" is from Discarded: Poems for My Apartments. If you're someone who's never
bought my work before, this is a good introduction to me and the Boston/New England scene.

The Eden Waters Press Home Anthology
Eden Waters Press was founded by fellow Bagel Bard Anne Brudevold. The 2007 Home anthology is the first of her efforts. A collection of poems under the theme of home, this is where I first published "Discarded," which later became the title piece for my chapbook of roommate poems. Ther are also many other diverse writers (friends and strangers) to recommend this title to the average reader.

French Connections: A Gathering of Franco-American Poets
In 2006, thanks to co-editor Christine Gelineau and friend and fellow poet David R. Surette (who recommended me to her) I was invited to contribute to this anthology of poems and autobiographical essays from various Franco-American authors intended "...to provide a forum from which one could hear the wide spectrum of what it might mean to 'sound French.'” My own essay, as well as my poems "Dumb Mud" and "Homecoming," appear alongside the work of too many authors to name here. Being published in French Connections is one of my proudest moments as a poet. If you splurge on anything you see on this page, I hope it's this.
